The QDMS Integrated Management System is used to manage document control, corrective and preventive actions (DÖF), action items and customer complaint workflows, and to improve the effectiveness of these processes.

Our laboratory operates with an approach focused on maintaining the highest level of communication with our customers, supporting the research and development activities of our employees, keeping pace with evolving technologies, and ensuring that requested studies are carried out systematically and reported when required.

The inspection, testing and measurement equipment used in our Test Laboratory includes:

In addition, two devices are available to measure the compliance of wastewater with water pollution control regulations:

  • Spectrophotometer

Measuring equipment is calibrated by nationally and/or internationally accredited organizations.

Measuring equipment is verified using internationally certified reference materials.
