HOT ROLLED STEELS

Hasçelik meets both domestic and international demand for hot-rolled special steel through its SBQ steel production center.

All our products are manufactured in accordance with international standards and can accommodate any specific requirements from our customers. Operating on the principle of being an internationally approved manufacturer, Hasçelik's products are used in various sectors such as automotive, machinery manufacturing, tunnel and fastening elements, defense and arms industry, white goods, aviation and aerospace industry, agricultural equipment, among others.

Hot-rolled products are materials that have been shaped from liquid steel square billets into various dimensions such as round, square, and flat shapes.

In addition to its hot rolling process with an installed capacity of 300,000 tons per year, Hasçelik provides services such as annealing process, 100% surface crack control (Dr. Foerster Circoflux), and internal defect control (GE) processes according to customer-specific requests.

Hot-rolled steels are classified into "Vacuum steels" and "Non-vacuum steels" based on the raw material production process.

Within vacuum round steels, there are "Finished" and "Unfinished" categories based on their crack control properties.
