Within the scope of our carbon steel production processes, billet production was carried out as the initial stage, followed by the successful completion of hot rolling and bright steel manufacturing operations.
The entire production process was executed with a strong focus on quality, incorporating:
Vacuum steelmaking,
Closed continuous casting,
Finishing processes with crack inspection and quality control.
Comprehensive surface, internal structure, and visual inspections conducted after hot rolling confirmed full compliance of the products with applicable quality standards. Within this framework, the production of the following carbon steel grades was successfully completed:
